Mobilization for next week!

From VP Kelly Williamson:

Our bargaining committee is going to early bargaining with the company next week.  The bargaining is limited, so here is the Union list vs the Lumen list of important topics:

1.       Vacation
2.       L2S reforms
3.       Job security/contracting
4.       WFH agreement
5.       Pay equity for SCAs
6.       Martin Luther King day for all employees

Lumen’s List:
1.       Wages
2.       Ratification/sign on bonus
3.       Benefits
4.       Overtime and caps
5.   Calls handled by mass markets/universal rep position

We will need to be ready to go to full bargaining if no agreement is reached
